Badminton days makes me feel bad!

this few days after headstart i go for badminton as game choice!
i was so rude when i ask for a cord and i really felt bad after all. i seriously wants to apologise for what i did!!!

when i first watch it i feel like it just a normal movie nothing so special about it but when i continue to watch it and i find it really touching and nice!! it is all about the greatness of LOVE!

Coach? Fun!!

today i became "coach"!!!
haha..
eventhough i am aching but i stil went to coach celine & sarah as i had promise them!!
we did drills, 90 degree walk, windsprint and many more..
while we are training, tessa came to me and ask me wether am i willing to be carry by a guy by the back cauz they were plying a game as if any of them loose they will be punish to carry me along the corridor.. i said Yes and they waited for me as i was busy training. after that, the guy that looses was ask to carry me and it was along the sec 1 corridor. the best part is the sec 1 is having their exams so is like no one notice. but it was really embarass.. anyway it was FUN:) when the guy carry me the other guy was happily taking videos of it.. and i was like LOL..

i was sharing my experience about running with one of my friend today and i starts to feel worry for my relay events teammates as they will be loosing me in the relay events!!!i would like to say sorry for it!! i hope they will stay uphold their SPIRIT OF RUNNING AS WE ALWAYS DO!!!!!!!!

As my future plan is to become a Sports Trainer as it is always my dream, but will it come true?

well, there's still time for me to think about my future but not NOW!! i should concentrate at my studies first then only think about my FUTURE!!!
