i went crazy with her as it was her last day ;)

we had fun, we had Joy but we dont have season's in the sky :(

i feel so so sad to loose Sammie as she's part of Ohana's:'(

after scHool, went home, had lunch & slept til 6pm.. was so tired..

went for a health talk and learn loads of stuff..

learning outcomes are to be healthy both body and mind must always work together!

HERE is some Healthy Tips :

Laugh out Loud at least 3 times a day,
Be Happy, Forgiveful, Loving & Positive !!
Eat Food that is raw, steam & Boiled !
